HOW MUCH DO THE WORKSHOPS COST?

2009 / 2010 rates are $375.00 plus GST per day.


HOME DISTRICTS
Surrey, White Rock, Delta
My fees for workshops within my home area when you supply the consumables (ie: paint, paper etc.)
Grades K- 7:
'1-1/2 hour workshops' (a full day = 3 workshops)
$399 PLUS HST for a FULL DAY at one school
(Maximum of 30 students per workshop. Standard class sizes only please.
No combined classes.)

The fees including HST work out to $148.96 per class
when three sessions per day are selected. (More if 2 sessions are selected.)
The invoice total per day will be $446.88.
(Your school can apply to get back a substantial portion of the tax.)

Kindergarten:
Some Kindergarten lessons only require 1 hour per workshop (a full day = 4 workshops)
(the more complex lessons (ie: self-portrait) require 1-1/2 hours.)

No combined classes.)

The fees including HST work out to $111.72 per class
when four kindergarten sessions per day are selected.
The invoice total per day will be $446.88.

HST information

Schools can apply to receive rebates on the tax paid.

The rebate on the 7% Provincial portion of the HST is 87%
($27.93 paid on one full day = $24.30 rebate)

The rebate on the 5% Federal portion of the HST is 68%
($19.95 paid on one full day = $13.57 rebate)
